It’s that time again!! It’s 5:00 AM and I am getting ready for the final push for the Holiday Meals for those in need. I have been busy cooking my little ass off. Once again, your’s truly has been a busy girl!! Anyone who knows me or has been calling me for a while, knows this is my busy seasons. I just finished doing another Art/Craft show. This one I also took on cooking for it too! I have been preparing since last month. Also, the Mission work has been on going since early September. I have deboned and cooked 11 turkeys so far and still have 8 more to go. This is for the homeless meals at thanksgiving time. My family and I are hoping to feed at least 300 this year. It’s so exciting!
I also have a Luau/Halloween party next weekend the 29th. I will not be available until very late that evening. I was suppose to do the Luau at the end of August but was so tired from the show earlier that month that it was pushed back. Can’t do that again. So this week is cleaning and cooking for the party as well as teaching that last class at the mission. Then more turkeys until the holiday. Immediately after that, there is a 3 day home show here with invited vendors to attend. Then another show the first weekend of December. After that there is Christmas and thats it!!
