I am getting so excited about Christmas this year. I have been baking and creating most my gifts. I made 4 different Cordials…Plum, cranberry, orange (don’t like this one so much) and blueberry flavors. I have been going nuts trying to find 4 oz bottles so I can package it nicely. ~grumbles~ I also made some Rumballs and so far…have tossed out 3 batches of toffee!! I’m really pissed over that. Higher altitude is screwing with my recipe and I have tried others but its not working very well. I will keep trying until I get it sorted out.
I’m having a party on the 19th at my house. So I still have to get the menu together, house cleaned and decorated and the gifts wrapped for my friends. I’m feeling some stress here (not really but its a good excuse to play). Anyone want to have some phone sex? Ya know…just to de-stress? ~grins~ Let’s have some fun before we are all tied up with family. Hmm…tied up….has a nice ring to it.
