GENERAL THOUGHTS

This is where I try and tell you a bit about myself. This has always been difficult because I can’t decide what is “technical” and what is self-examination of who I am. I’m born and raised a Midwest girl. Illinois was my home state. No one grows up saying I want to be a phone sex operator but I think things happen in life that lead you to places you normally wouldn’t go. I have to admit, I have enjoyed it immensely!  Through trial and error I have learned phone sex industry inside and out  and have met some great people in the interim. 

I have since moved to Colorado and I am loving every minute of it.  Plans for opening a B&B have been put on hold due to economical decisions.  Maybe one day I will still do it but for now I’m very pleased with the direction my life is going.  I purchased a house here and every day I sit out on my deck and enjoy my morning brew.  Who can ask for more?  I love doing things outdoors, regardless how small it may be.

I decided to do a update on my personal page.  I have been here 2 years now and I still love this place!!  I have not had to endure the brutal winters like I did in Chicago and I usually run around with a light jacket or no coat at all year round! I haven’t felt this kind of contentment in a very long time and have found that I’m still growing as a person. When I look back, things that were so stressful and important a few years ago seem so inconsequential now. Perhaps its because they’re resolved or maybe I have been able to really breathe and just slow that heart beat enough to view them differently. Either way, I’m happy!

I’m still single and have been dating here and there. I really don’t know if the married life will ever be for me. I just don’t seem able to settle down yet. Time will tell I suppose but I’m in no rush.

POLITICS AND RELIGION

Now you know these two subjects are just soooo dangerous to discuss in polite company. I can still remembering asking my mom who she voted for and what she was, republican or democrat, when I was younger. Her answer came swift and abrupt. “None of your business.” I didn’t understand it then but I do now. Nuff said.

On the Religion side of things, I now live in a community that has over 200 churches in a very small area. Sometimes I think if they find out what I do on the phone, I will see a mob with rocks ready to stone me. ~laughs~ On the brighter side, I don’t have to reckon with anyone but the All Mighty himself so that takes care of that.

I don’t mean to sound glib but I’m trying to answer all the questions people have put to me about certain topics. I believe in God. I do not believe I have to be in church to do it nor do I need a mediator. I believe God gave us intelligence and common sense. It’s up to each of us to use that knowledge to better our lives instead of praying for someone else or something else to fix it.

How do I reckon doing phone sex with my beliefs? Simple, I’m not dead yet and God hasn’t struck me down for it. So to those that judge me and others like me, pffft.
