Spicy peanut butter noodles

Ingredients

1 lb spaghetti
8 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium, if you prefer)
4 tbsp peanut butter (I use smooth peanut butter)
5 tbsp vinegar (I use white vinegar)
4 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 - 2 tsp Vietnamese chili garlic paste
1 bunch green onions

1) Cook and drain spaghetti

2) Mix soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, and sesame seed oil together
 (to make it easier to work with the peanut butter, you can heat it
 briefly, say, in a microwave-safe container for 10-15 seconds)

(This seems like a lot, but 1 lb of spaghetti is a lot of spaghetti!)

(Alternatively, you might want to start off with the following quantities:

6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 - 4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sesame seed oil

The remaining quantities can be added to suit your preference.)

3) Mix peanut butter/soy sauce dressing into noodles

4) Season to taste with Vietnamese chili garlic paste
 (Vietnamese chili garlic paste ought to be in the Asian food aisle;
 it’s usually a plastic bottle with a green lid; it’s got a picture of
 a rooster on the front label)

5) Chill before serving; garnish with green onions right before serving

Box of Duncan Hines White Cake Mix

2 sm strawberry boxes of Jello

4 eggs

1/2 cup water

2/3 cup veg oil (I use real butter instead)

3 TBSP all purpose flour

10 oz package starwberries (I use fresh, cut up w/ sugar)

2 packs cream cheese (softened)

1 lb powder sugar

Sift cake mix into large bowl, then add 3/4 of Jello (still powder form). Beat 4 eggs then add in with 1/2 cup water 2/3 cup butter and 3 TBSP flour. Add 3/4 strawberries (I blend them in blender) Mix together and bake 3  8 inch pans for 25 mins on 350 degrees.

Icing

MIx softened cream cheese well then combine rest of jello and strawberries, then sift in powdered sugar.
